  • Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to potential clients via phone to introduce Kankoni Finsol’s loan, card, and insurance offerings.
  • Understand customer financial requirements and guide them through our instant AI eligibility check.
  • Coordinate with customers to collect basic application details and connect them with appropriate banking partners.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and helpful customer relationship on every call.
  • Log daily call updates and lead statuses in our easy-to-use CRM system.
  • Candidate RequirementsEducation: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience: Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. 6–12 months of prior experience in Telecalling, BPO, or Banking/Financial Sales is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English along with regional fluency (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi depending on location).
  • Skills: Good listening skills, confident speaking voice, and basic computer/CRM knowledge.
