About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to drive field sales of CardioSynk, an advanced cardiac screening device that simultaneously captures ECG and heart sound data.

The candidate will visit cardiologists, pediatricians, general physicians, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers, conduct product demonstrations, generate leads, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to promote CardioSynk.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain its features and clinical benefits.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Support customer onboarding and basic device/app training.
• Maintain customer and sales activities through CRM.
• Attend CMEs, medical conferences, exhibitions, and health camps.
• Collect market and competitor feedback

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative / Medical Sales Executive preferred.
• Prior experience selling medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or digital health products to doctors/hospitals.
• Good knowledge of ECG, cardiac auscultation, or cardiology screening is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Confident in giving product demonstrations to doctors.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru.
• Basic CRM knowledge preferred.

Education

Healthcare-related degree such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS, PharmD, BPT, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field will be preferred.

Languages

Kannada, English, and Hindi – Required.

Additional regional languages will be an advantage.
