Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails professionally.
  • Resolve customer concerns related to bookings, deliveries, payments, cancellations, and driver support.
  • Track orders and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with operations and driver partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and service-level targets.
  • Follow company policies and maintain data confidentiality.
