Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers over phone calls.
- Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products/services and generate interest.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and answer their queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Schedule appointments or connect interested customers with the concerned team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, or English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
