Job Description
About Us:
Wise Owl Tatoo Studio is a premier, creative tattoo studio located in HSR Layout. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and client-friendly Studio Coordinator to manage our daily operations and be the welcoming face of our studio.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the front desk, welcome clients, and handle walk-in inquiries.
- Coordinate artist schedules, manage bookings, and handle studio calendars.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries on WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM, and phone calls.
- Handle basic billing, cash management, and daily expense logging.
- Maintain the cleanliness, vibe, and welcoming atmosphere of the front-desk area.
What We Are Looking For:
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi or Kannada (knowing Kannada is a huge plus for local walk-ins).
- Skills: Proficient with WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Traits: Excellent communication, polite phone etiquette, punctual, and comfortable working in a creative, tattoo-friendly environment.
- Experience: 0–2 years in front desk, hospitality, retail, or salon management. Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!
