• Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsManage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
• Drive store sales, profitability, and achievement of business targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Team ManagementLead, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Customer ExcellenceDeliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
• Inventory & MerchandisingEnsure proper product display, visual merchandising, and planogram compliance.
• Monitor stock movement, expiry management, and wastage control.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock availability.
• Financial ManagementManage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily store reconciliations.
• Monitor store expenses and optimize operational costs.
• Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and asset protection measures.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail store management, preferably in FMCG, grocery, supermarket, organic retail, or food retail sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and MS Office.
