Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Solar Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in the solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for site assessments, system design, project execution support, technical documentation, and coordination with installation teams to ensure successful solar project delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site surveys and technical feasibility assessments.
• Design rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
• Prepare system layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and project documentation.
• Calculate system sizing, generation estimates, and project performance.
• Coordinate with installation teams during project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Assist in commissioning and testing of solar power plants.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Support net-metering, subsidy, and utility approval documentation when required.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in solar PV design, installation, or project execution.
• Basic understanding of solar modules, inverters, electrical systems, and safety standards.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of rooftop solar system design and electrical calculations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Preferred SkillsExperience with commercial and industrial solar projects.
• Knowledge of BESCOM, net-metering, and regulatory processes.
• Familiarity with PVsyst or other solar design software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and site activities.
