Job Description
Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
Generate quotations and assist customers with documentation.
Coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team for loan and insurance processing.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and explain vehicle features during handover.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, competitors, and market trends.
Participate in showroom events, promotional activities, and exhibitions.
Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and customer-friendly.
