Job Description

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in QSR, FSR, Retail, or the Hospitality industry.
  • Freshers with a Hotel Management background may also apply.
  • Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per SOPs.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
  • Handle cash, billing, and shift closing activities accurately.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Achieve sales, productivity, and operational targets.
