Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive – Client Operations to manage client onboarding, KYC, documentation, and day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless client servicing, maintain accurate records, and coordinate effectively with advisory and operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage client onboarding, KYC, and documentation accurately and within timelines.
• Support Wealth Advisors in client servicing and transaction execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
• Coordinate with operations, advisory, and specialist teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure adherence to client servicing standards and response timelines.
• Assist in estate planning and other client operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
