Job Description
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Location: Bangalore
- Key Responsibilities: Design high-quality creatives for real estate marketing campaigns.
- Create brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media posts, banners, advertisements, and digital marketing creatives.
- Develop creative designs for Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Design premium presentations, project profiles, property brochures, and sales collateral.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Create creative concepts based on project specifications, target audience, and campaign objectives.
- Edit and enhance property images, renders, floor plans, and promotional materials.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines.
Preferred: Candidates who have experience selling premium/luxury residential properties and villas will be given priority.
Important: Only candidates with 5 years of relevant real estate experience should apply.
