Job Description
- Customer Support Executive – Key RolesHandle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and messages.
- Assist customers with product/service-related information.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
