Job Description
- Knowledge of accounting concepts
- Knowledge in GST - e-invoicing, return filing, registration & amendment, 2B reconciliation Notice handling and Annual return filings.
- Knowledge in TDS – TDS rates, applicability, Quarterly return filing, issuing Form-16A, knowledge of lower deduction certificate and its usage.
- Knowledge of Advance Tax calculation (timing differences, forex gain/loss, with estimate projection of Income and provisions for expenses)
- Knowledge in maintaining Employee Insurance balances in the form of ledgers statements
- Knowledge of maintaining Fixed asset register
- Knowledge of Depreciation of Tangible & Intangible assets
- Knowledge of Tally, Quickbooks & Zoho books
- Knowledge in maintaining Project wise expense reports
- Knowledge in preparation and presentation of monthly MIS (in excel)
- Knowledge in bank reconciliation
- Knowledge in MCA/ROC compliances
- Knowledge in handling Accounts Receivable & Accounts payable (Vendor & Customer accounts Reconciliation, Interacting with vendors & customers).
- Knowledge in providing audit support to companies & LLPs (Statutory audit, GST audit, Tax audit)
