Security Head Ex-Army Man

Job SummaryWe are looking for a disciplined and experienced Security Head to lead and manage the security operations across our organization. The ideal candidate should be an Ex-Serviceman (Army, Navy, or Air Force) with strong leadership, administration, and crisis management skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the security team across all company locations.
• Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Ensure effective deployment and scheduling of security personnel.
• Conduct regular security inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents, security breaches, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when required.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and access control systems.
• Ensure visitor management and employee safety protocols are followed.
• Train and mentor security guards on discipline, emergency response, and safety procedures.
• Handle emergency situations, fire safety drills, and evacuation procedures.
• Maintain security records, attendance, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure company assets, employees, and premises are protected at all times.
• Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of security operations and risk management.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and fire safety.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
• Eligibility Ex-Servicemen (Army, Air Force) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Security Administration or Facility Security.
• Experience in residential communities, commercial buildings, or real estate is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
