Sales Trainer

Immediate Requirement for Quality Analysist &Quality AM

Roles & Responsibilities:

This role, working closely with centers, is accountable for monitoring & improving critical delivery and process KPIs. This is done through:

Trainer Key Responsibilities

*Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.

*Conduct new hire induction &process training, delivery product, process soft skill training.

*Monitor post training performance and provide couching, identify knowledge gaps and conduct refresher training session.

Experience: 2 -15 years of work experience out of which min, about 3 years in Business Excellence function/ QA optional - (Lean Six Sigma)

Skills/Competencies Required:

- Meticulous, organized, logical thought process, stickler for time management, an eye for detail

- Assertive & Highly result oriented

- Ability to build strong relationship

- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to communicate and elicit cooperation within and across work levels and departments
