Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales & Marketing Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, promote company products/services, and achieve sales targets through telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities

·        Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

·        Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

·        Explain company products and services to customers.

·        Follow up with leads and interested customers regularly.

·        Maintain customer details and update call records.

·        Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

·        Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

·        Build and maintain good customer relationships.

·        Conduct telemarketing activities and promotional campaigns.

·        Coordinate with the field sales and internal teams when required.

·        Prepare daily and regular sales activity reports.

Eligibility & Skills

·        10th or PUC in any discipline.

·        Fresher are welcome to apply.

·        Excellent communication and convincing skills.

·        Good communication skills in Marti or Malay alum or Bengali and English. Knowledge of additional languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Marathi, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.

·        Basic computer knowledge.

·        Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

·        Ability to work in a team and handle customer interactions professionally.
