Job Description
ob Opening: Field Sales Executive – uPVC Windows & DoorsWe are looking for experienced and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our uPVC windows and doors sales team.
- RequirementsMinimum 3 years of field sales experience
- Experience in uPVC windows, doors, building materials, construction products, or a related industry
- Good knowledge of the local construction and real-estate market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through regular field visits
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and homeowners
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable uPVC solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the internal team for measurements, installation, and payment collection
- Maintain sales reports and provide regular market updates
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
