Job Description
Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating property sales, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into customers. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Generate leads through various channels including referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins.
• Contact prospective customers and explain project features and benefits.
• Schedule and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams.
• Assist customers with documentation and booking processes.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
