Job Description
Sanzz Elevators is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with clients in the construction and real estate sectors, and promoting our premium elevator and lift solutions. - Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Market Mapping: Actively scout and identify new business opportunities by visiting construction sites, infrastructure projects, and commercial/residential developments.
- B2B Client Engagement: Meet and network with builders, developers, civil contractors, architects, MEP consultants, and individual property owners to pitch Sanzz Elevator products.
- Requirement Analysis & Site Visits: Conduct initial site inspections to understand the customer’s layout, shaft technical requirements, and specific design expectations.
- Quotations & Proposals: Coordinate closely with the internal technical and estimation teams to prepare, present, and submit competitive models, tenders, and price quotations.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, handling objections, conducting price negotiations, and finalising sales contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain excellent post-sales rapport with clients to handle future queries, encourage repeat business, and secure word-of-mouth referrals.
- Payment & Order Tracking: Coordinate with the accounts and project installation teams to monitor progress and ensure smooth collection of advance and milestone payments.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor pricing, technical developments, and industry trends to keep Sanzz Elevators a step ahead.
- Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. A background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is an added advantage.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, corporate sales, or business development. Experience specifically in the elevator industry, building materials, or real estate sector is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of reading architectural/civil dimensions or a willingness to learn technical elevator concepts quickly.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and [Insert local language, e.g., Kannada/Hindi].
- Travel: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for daily local field travel.
- Traits: Target-driven, self-motivated, presentable, and comfortable with a field-intensive role.
