🔹 What You'll Do

• Generate qualified B2B leads across international markets.
• Identify and connect with VP, Director, and Manager-level decision-makers, particularly within Marketing and IT organizations.
• Conduct prospecting through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and Google research.
• Run targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns to generate interest and schedule meetings.
• Conduct initial conversations with prospects and qualify potential opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead information and activity updates in CRM systems.
• Research target companies, industries, competitors, and market trends.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.

🛠️ Tools You May Work With

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Apollo / Hunter / Lemlist or similar platforms
• Google Search & advanced research techniques
• HubSpot / Salesforce or other CRM platforms

✅ What We're Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a related field.
• B.Com, BBA, and MBA graduates with an interest in Marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Interest in IT services, SaaS, technology, and digital marketing.
• Comfortable communicating with international prospects.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work in the 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST shift.

⭐ Good to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or prospecting tools.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales, demand generation, SaaS, or IT services.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Previous internship or experience in lead generation/business development.
