Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – ConstructionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our construction company. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the construction industry and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

Candidates with experience in the construction field, Civil Engineering graduates, or those with 1–2 years of experience as Civil Engineering lecturers/professors are encouraged to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads and convert them into customers.
• Meet potential clients and understand their construction requirements.
• Explain the company's construction services and solutions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the project and technical teams for client requirements.
• Prepare quotations and assist in closing sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• RequirementsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction sales, the construction industry, or as a Civil Engineering Lecturer/Professor.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Kannada is mandatory (ability to speak, read, and write).
• Knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
