Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth and market penetration for our software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell software products.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present software solutions to clients through demonstrations, meetings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media presence and online promotions to enhance brand awareness.
• Track and analyze sales performance, preparing reports for management.
• Work closely with the development team to understand software features and client requirements.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, IT, Commerce or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software or IT industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Having Knowledge in Tally Software is added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in software sales.
• Familiarity with Tally Software or any other ERP Software.
