We are a well-funded deep-tech startup building humanoid robots for industry. As a Robot Pilot, you'll strap into VR and motion-capture gear and drive a real robot through real factory tasks in real time. Not a simulator. Every move you make trains the AI behind the machine.

No robotics background needed. If you have sharp instincts and you learn fast, we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do

•  Pilot humanoid robots in real time using VR and motion-capture systems.

•  Execute industrial tasks with precision, consistency, and control.

•  Give sharp feedback to the engineering team to make the robots smarter.

What it takes

•  Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.

•  Quick thinking and the ability to solve problems on the fly under time pressure.

•  Focus that holds up across long, repetitive tasks without dropping quality.

•  Fast learning and a hunger to grow with an early-stage team.

Freshers encouraged. Backgrounds in FPV drones, simulators, machine operation, VR, or gaming are a plus but not required.

Read this before you apply

This is a physical, on-your-feet role. You'll stand and move for most of a 10-hour shift, 6 days a week, in VR and motion-capture gear, across lab and factory floors. If a standing, active shift isn't for you, this role isn't either. If it is, you'll love it.

Hiring process

1. Online aptitude test (spatial reasoning, attention, quick decision-making). This is how we spot natural pilots, so give it your full focus.

2. On-the-job training at our lab.

3. Live robot operating trial.
