Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Evaluate and process housing loan applications, assessing eligibility, income, and documentation.
  • Provide expert financial advice and recommend suitable home loan products tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Ensure regulatory and company compliance, including verification of documents and adherence to HDFC’s policies.
  • Assist clients with documentation, guiding through the application process for smooth approval.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely loan processing.
  • Develop client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, housing finance regulations, and best practices.
