Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our Direct Sales team. The role involves generating leads, acquiring new customers, selling life insurance products, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Candidates should be comfortable with both inside sales and field sales activities while achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels and convert them into business.
• Sell life insurance products by understanding customer requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct customer meetings, follow-ups, and policy servicing.
• Manage and update customer information in the Lead Management System (LMS/VYMO).
• Ensure accurate documentation and smooth policy issuance.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain renewal and persistency targets.
• Report daily sales activities to the reporting manager.

• Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 months–2 years of work experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Life Insurance Sales, Banking, DSA, Retail Banking, or Channel Sales is preferred.

Role Type: Inside Sales + Field Sales

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours:9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
