Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Experience: 2 Years

Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru & Thondebhavi Site

Employment Type: Full-time

• Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ, and material estimates based on drawings and specifications.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify quantities and requirements.
• Prepare and verify contractor/vendor bills and measurements.
• Conduct site measurements and maintain measurement sheets.
• Monitor project quantities, material consumption, and variations.
• Assist in preparing rate analysis and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with the site engineering and project teams regarding quantities and billing.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quantity and cost reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of BOQs, measurements, bills, and project records.
• Support the project team in controlling costs and minimising material wastage.
• RequirementsDiploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and billing.
• Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and construction-related software.
• Willingness to work at the Thondebhavi project site when required.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Experience in residential/commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of subcontractor billing and reconciliation will be an advantage.
