Job SummaryThe Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience by coordinating patient appointments, admissions, treatment schedules, follow-ups, and communication between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and hospital departments.

  • QualificationAny Graduate (Preferred: Healthcare Administration / Hospital Management / BBA / B.Com / B.Sc /MSW
  • Diploma or Certification in Hospital Administration is an added advantage
  • Experience1–5 years of experience in Hospital / Healthcare / Patient Coordination / Customer Service
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered
  1. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and guide patients and attendants through hospital processes.
  2. Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and treatment schedules.
  3. Ensure smooth patient registration, admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
  4. Explain hospital services, packages, and treatment procedures to patients.
  5. Act as a single point of contact for patient queries and concerns.
  6. Coordinate with doctors, nursing, reception, billing, pharmacy, and diagnostic teams.
  7. Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and feedback.
  8. Monitor patient waiting time and improve service delivery.
  9. Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
  10. Support patient counseling and improve patient satisfaction levels.
  11. Escalate complaints and coordinate timely resolution.
  12. Ensure confidentiality of patient information and compliance with hospital policies.
  13. Assist in daily operational activities and patient flow management.
