Job Title: Hub Manager – New Hub Launch (DailyDish)

Reports to: Founder/CEO

Location: Bengaluru (new hub — location TBD)

Compensation: ₹25,000–30,000/month (fixed)

About DailyDish

DailyDish is a home-cooked meal delivery startup based in Bengaluru, serving apartment complexes, corporate offices, and schools through a hub-based, pre-order model. We deliver fresh, home-style meals at prices significantly below food delivery apps — built on the idea of outsourcing your kitchen to people who do it better. We're early-stage, founder-led, and growing hub by hub across the city and grown to 20 employee.

About the role

You'll build and run a DailyDish hub from scratch, working directly with the founder not inheriting a finished playbook, but helping create one. This is a hands-on, ground-floor role for someone who wants real ownership early in their career, with a clear path to grow as the dailydish scales.

What you'll actually do

Sales & Activation

• Pitch and onboard apartment complexes, corporate, and school accounts in the hub's catchment area along with founder
• Manage relationships with key accounts after launch

Hiring & Team

• Recruit and hire delivery riders for the hub as order volume grows
• Set up basic rider training using existing SOPs
• Manage day-to-day rider scheduling and attendance

Hub Setup & Operations

• Help scout and set up the physical hub — storage, packing, delivery zones
• Coordinate daily with the central kitchen on production volumes
• Own hub-level operations once live: delivery timing, order accuracy, complaint handling

Who this is for

• 1–3 years experience in sales, operations, or a startup environment — freshers with strong hustle also considered
• Comfortable with ambiguity — no fixed manual exists yet, you help write it
• Willing to do direct sales (Admin meetups, RWA pitches, WhatsApp outreach)
• Basic Excel comfort — can track orders, costs, and report numbers without hand-holding
• Founder-mode mindset: shows up early if a rider doesn't, treats the hub like it's their own business

Growth path

This is a launch role with a defined path to senior Hub Manager / Area Manager as the hub hits targets, with compensation revisited at that point — this isn't a capped role, it's a proving ground.
