What You’ll Do


  • Manage day-to-day classroom and program operations
  • Coordinate between tutors, learners, and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth execution of batches, schedules, and learner communication
  • Track attendance, engagement, and learner progress
  • Improve student retention and learning experience
  • Follow up on fee payments and revenue collection
  • Handle operational issues quickly and proactively
  • Build processes and systems as the company scales

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, student success, or program management
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
