Job Description
- Manage daily administrative operations across retail outlets.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and availability of essentials in staff rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Procure office supplies, housekeeping materials, uniforms, packaging items, and other administrative requirements.
- Raise purchase requests, obtain quotations, place orders, and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
- Track inventory of administrative and housekeeping materials to prevent shortages.
- Maintain vendor records, invoices, purchase documentation, and payment follow-ups with the accounts team.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment, furniture, electrical fixtures, and other facilities.
- Support onboarding by arranging uniforms, ID cards, lockers, and employee essentials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration, safety, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and other departments for administrative requirements and special events.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement, inventory, and administrative expenses.
