Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the production schedule on machine one day before
2. Achieve the planned parts volume as per the daily schedule
3. Do the setup approval as per the setup sheet
4. Analyse the program data/parameters as per the material and tools in advance
5. Read the programs and verify before running actual parts
6. Do the setup time reduction by arranging the tools and fixtures required for next job
7. Do offline setup for improving the OEE
8. Arranging next job programming, tool list, setup sheets in advance
Preferred Skills:
1. GD&T 2. Reading engineering drawing 3. AS9100 4. Worked on Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi controller
