Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Executive to support the smooth functioning of equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintenance activities within the FMCG industry, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Ensure all equipment operates efficiently with minimal breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for repairs and maintenance work.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Monitor utility systems such as electrical, HVAC, and other facility-related systems.
• Assist in implementing maintenance schedules and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in shifts if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and tools.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and compliance.
• Experience in handling vendor coordination.
