✨ Job Summary: Vinayaka 3D Technologies is hiring an experienced VMC Machine Operator / Setter to operate VMC machines, handle components, monitor machining operations, and maintain required quality standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in VMC operations, basic knowledge of engineering drawings, and familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.

📋 Key Responsibilities:
⚙️ Operate VMC machines efficiently and safely as per production requirements.
📦 Load and unload components correctly before and after machining.
🔧 Set and monitor machining operations to ensure smooth production.
📐 Read and understand basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
📏 Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Height Gauge to check component dimensions.
🔍 Inspect machined components and maintain required quality standards.
🛠️ Perform basic machine maintenance and report technical issues when required.
🧹 Maintain proper machine housekeeping and keep the work area clean and organized.
📋 Follow production instructions and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
🦺 Follow workplace safety procedures while operating machinery.
🤝 Coordinate with the production and quality teams to maintain smooth operations.
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month, as per skill & experience
