Job Description

📍 Location: Bangalore (Anekal & Bommasandra)


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to maintain and improve manufacturing equipment for an Auto Components company. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance and exposure to heat treatment, surface treatment, and cold forging processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical equipment failures.
  • Ensure maximum machine uptime and production efficiency.
  • Maintain maintenance records and reports.
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams.
  • Follow safety standards and maintenance SOPs.
  • Support installation and commissioning of new machines.


Required Skills

  • Experience in Heat Treatment.
  • Experience in Surface Treatment.
  • Experience in Cold Forging.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, gearbox, bearing, and conveyor systems.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


Eligibility

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Experience in Auto Components Manufacturing is mandatory.
