Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the complete day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Plan nutritious and balanced meals suitable for senior citizens.
• Prepare and monitor diet plans based on residents’ medical and dietary requirements.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and caregivers regarding special diets.
• Supervise cooks, kitchen helpers, and other kitchen staff.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served on time as per the daily schedule.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and nutritional value.
• Manage kitchen inventory, stock levels, and food procurement.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper food storage.
• Ensure special diets such as diabetic, low-salt, soft, liquid, and other therapeutic diets are prepared correctly.
• Maintain records of diet plans and special food requirements.
• Train kitchen staff on hygiene, food handling, and diet-related requirements.
• Report kitchen, food quality, staffing, and inventory issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with all company kitchen and food safety policies.
• Qualifications & SkillsDiploma/Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Experience in kitchen management and/or dietetics preferred.
• Knowledge of senior citizen nutrition and therapeutic diets.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.

ReportingThe Kitchen Manager Cum Dietician will report to the General Manager / Management and coordinate closely with the clinical and nursing teams.

Salary & Working ScheduleSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
