IT Executive

Manage and maintain all computer hardware, networking equipment, and peripherals across the Bangalore office and factory. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot design and production software used by the CAD, ZBrush, and 3D design teams • Administer company email accounts, user access, and basic cybersecurity practices (antivirus, firewall, password policies). • Maintain regular data backups for design files (CAD/STL), business spreadsheets, and financial records; ensure version control and safe storage. • Support and troubleshoot business software including Excel-based trackers, billing/invoicing tools, and any ERP or POS systems in use. • Manage local network, Wi-Fi, printers, and shared drives; ensure minimal downtime for design and sales teams. • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and internet service issues. • Maintain an inventory log of IT assets (laptops, desktops, tablets, drawing tablets, printers) and manage procurement of new equipment. • Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support to designers, sales, and admin staff, resolving issues promptly. • Assist in setting up systems for new hires and safely decommissioning access for exiting employees.
