Job Description

  • Learning and Assisting in Monitoring daily inventory across warehouses and fulfilment centres.
  • Track inventory movement, including inward, outward, transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments.
  • Learning and Assisting in Coordinating with Procurement, Warehouse, Category, Planning, and Logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.
  • Learn and Assist in Reconcile purchase orders, goods receipts note, invoices, and inventory transactions to ensure accurate stock and financial records.
  • Learning and Assisting in making Process and reconcile credit notes, debit notes, returns, and damaged/shortage claims with vendors and customers.
  • Learn and Assist to Coordinate with the Sales team to obtain promotional offers, discount plans, and campaign schedules, and share the details with the Planning and CRM team.
