Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
