Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee interior fit-out projects and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor workmanship and maintain quality standards throughout the project.
• Plan and schedule site activities to achieve project milestones.
• Inspect materials received on-site and ensure proper usage.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Conduct site measurements and verify completed work for billing purposes.
• Attend client meetings and provide project progress updates.
• Monitor labor productivity and material consumption to minimize wastage.
• Support project handover by ensuring all punch-list items are completed.

• QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or office interior projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
