About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial interior design. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, have strong technical skills, and be capable of taking a project from concept development to execution drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design functional, aesthetically pleasing residential and commercial interior spaces.
• Develop space planning, layouts, and innovative design concepts.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings including:

• Floor plans
• Furniture layouts
• Working drawings
• Electrical layouts
• Ceiling layouts
• Elevation drawings
• Section drawings
• Modular drawings
• Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders for client presentations.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
• Coordinate with the project execution team, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth implementation.
• Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining functionality and project goals.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects.
• Strong proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp (or equivalent 3D software)
• V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion (or other rendering software)

• Ability to create practical, innovative, and client-focused designs.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
