Job SummaryThe Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design solutions for residential, commercial, and real estate projects. The role involves coordinating with architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure high-quality project execution within timelines and budget.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop innovative interior design concepts based on project requirements.
• Prepare concept layouts, mood boards, and client presentations.
• Perform space planning and furniture layout planning.
• Create detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings.
• Develop 3D models and renderings for client approvals.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and quantity estimates.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project execution and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and timelines.
• Review shop drawings and material samples before execution.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability.
• Maintain project documentation and design records.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, products, and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable building codes.
