Job Description
* Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
* Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
* Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation.
* Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse for order processing and dispatch.
* Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
* Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
* Generate leads and follow up on pending inquiries and quotations.
* Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
* Coordinate with field sales executives for customer visits and project requirements.
* Assist customers in selecting suitable hardware products and display solutions.
* Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support when required.
* Maintain product displays and ensure updated information on new products and offers.
