Key Responsibilities for Head Chef include as follows :
- Create unique & premium icecream sundaes as per latest trends
- Expertise in preparing Gadbuds, Falooda, Fruit Salad & other evergreen sundaes
- Curating Milkshakes, Thickshakes, Mocktails & other beverages
- Training juniors & ensuring compliance with recipe SOPs and quality standards
- Preparing premium snacks like sandwiches, burgers & pizzas would be a plus
- Multitasking & efficient kitchen operations management
Key Responsibilities for Counter Boy / Girl :
- Scooping ice creams neatly with the desired weight as per SOP
- Packing & parceling the ice creams
- Handling the billing counter efficiently and managing the counter
- Welcoming customers with warmth and providing good hospitality
- Creating basic sundaes & toppings
- Ensuring cleanliness & hygiene at the front end of the counter
- Patience, kindness & good communication with customers.
