Job Description

Experience: Minimum 4 years.

Salary 25000-40.000gross.

Job Responsibilities.



  • Manage end to end recruitment activates, including sourcing, screening, onboarding .
  • coordinate with department heads and branch teams regarding manpower requirments.
  • handling employee joining formalities and maintain employee records.
  • manage attendance , leave and resolve employee payroll .
  • Ensure proper maintenance of HR files and records.
  • maintain necessary MIS.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be graduate.
  • minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.
  • Experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage
