• Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR IS system.
• Support on boarding and off boarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives, including data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
• Requirements Entry-level candidate with 0 to null years of experience.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
