Job Description
Field Recruiter – LogisticsLocation: Bangalore - Kormangala | Experience: 1–3 Years
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit delivery executives, drivers, and warehouse staff.
- Conduct field visits, recruitment drives, and candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
- Meet daily/weekly hiring and joining targets.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- Recruitment experience in logistics/e-commerce preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in a target-driven environment.
