Food Packing Executive

JD : Food Packing Helpers : Fresher & Experienced required, All locations Bangalore

Core Responsibilities

• Food Preparation Support: Assist kitchen staff by portioning and organizing pre-made meals, sides, and beverages. 

• Packaging and Sealing: Place food into appropriate, sanitized containers, boxes, or bags . Secure packages with tape, shrink wrap, or thermal sealing machines.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect food items for damage or spoilage before packing, ensuring only high-quality items are delivered . 

• Labeling: Accurately apply product names, ingredients, delivery dates, and room numbers or order details to packages. 

• Hygiene and Safety: Follow strict food safety protocols, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), by wearing gloves, masks, and hairnets while keeping the workspace sanitized. 

• Inventory Management: Organize packed items for quick and efficient delivery, and record inventory or stock numbers . 

Key Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift for long hours, sometimes working in refrigerated or temperature-controlled rooms .

• Attention to Detail: Must verify order accuracy and ensure every package is securely sealed to avoid spills or contamination in transit .

• Basic Qualifications: Usually requires basic literacy and numeracy skills to read lead labels, weights, and order slips.

• Time Management: Must be able to work quickly during peak hotel or delivery hours to ensure guests receive their food on time .
