Job Description
Key Responsibilities· Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
· Meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and present suitable solutions.
· Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, proposal submission, and deal closure.
· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
· Conduct market research to identify potential customers and monitor competitor activities.
