Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in retail market development through shop-to-shop visits.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retail shops and distributors to generate new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
• Identify new sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Promote company products and increase market penetration.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the operations team for deliveries.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience in shop-to-shop retail sales visits is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileSelf-motivated and target-oriented.
• Good knowledge of the Bangalore retail market.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
