Axis Bank – CASA Department
Position: CASA Sales Officer
Gender: Male & Female
Age Limit:
- Freshers: 19–28 years
- Experienced: Up to 35 years
Qualification: Degree is mandatory
Salary:
- CTC: ₹19,000
- Take-home: Approximately ₹16,500
- Incentives: ₹50,000 to 60k based on performance
- Insurance benefits available
Job Role:
- Savings & Current Account acquisition
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Lead generation and follow-up
- Field visits and customer meetings
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Cross-selling banking products
